UV Pre-Inspection Scan
Every carpet receives a forensic UV pass before a drop of water touches it. Biological stains, pet dander, and hidden soiling fluoresce under 365nm ultraviolet light — giving our technician a complete map of problem areas before extraction begins.

Before we touch your carpet, you receive a plain-language checklist of every zone flagged during the UV scan — including stain type, estimated age, and extraction plan.

Truck-Mounted Hot-Water Extraction
Our truck-mounted rig heats water to 230°C and injects it into the carpet pile at 500 PSI, then immediately vacuums it back at 200 inches of water lift — pulling dust, oils, allergens, and dissolved soiling out in a single pass.
Fibre Grooming & Speed-Dry
After extraction, a counter-rotating brush grooms pile direction for an even, upright finish. Industrial axial fans are positioned at floor level — reducing carpet dry time from the industry average of 6–8 hours to under 45 minutes.
